Marc Marquez sacked in 2008 in the 125 class. He won 8 titles in total, one in the 125 class, one in Moto2, and six titles in Moto GP. In 2020, due to a fall in the first Spanish Grand Prix, he suffered a fracture in his right arm which forced him to retire for the whole season since he had to have surgery 4 times. He returned to compete in Moto GP in the third race of 2021 in the Portuguese Grand Prix.
